Submit up to six poems, each as a separate document, with your name and e-mail address at the bottom or top of each document. If your poem has special formatting, please submit it as a .doc file. Artists may submit up to six artwork files, each as a separate submission. Put the name of the poem or artwork in the file name (example: poem for william carlos williams.doc) or (example: abstraction #5.jpg). A cover letter and a third person bio are optional. Artists are encouraged to add a link to their art website in the Cover Letter / Bio window.
